Guide

Get invoices paid

For contractors, agencies and anyone who sends a bill and waits. By the end, every invoice carries a pay link and chases itself.

  1. 1

    Build the invoice

Line items, due date, your logo and brand. Flow puts a pay link and a QR code on it.

  2. 2

    Send it

Email it from Flow, or copy the link into your own email or text. The customer opens your pay page with your name on it.

  3. 3

They pay by bank or card

Large jobs by bank for a low fee, small ones by card. A receipt goes to both of you the moment it clears and the invoice marks itself paid.

  4. 4

    Reminders handle the rest

Three days before the due date, on the due date, and seven days after. You do nothing.

  5. 5

    Match it to your books

Every payout lists the invoices inside it. Export the list for your accountant.
